We will pull together a chat group designed to get the right people to bounce ideas around and faciliate healthy debate. As ideas begin to cohere and take form we will capture these and convert them into viable concepts ready to be tested.

Once the group has produced viable concepts you can continue to use the chat groups for ideation or you can wind them down.

Once we have produced viable concepts the process of delivering proof becomes itterative and evidence based.

Concept Validation

We begin by validating your concept(s) and producing verifiable artefacts from prospective customers. The hypothesis of each concepts is updated based on market insight and feedback until we have a signed letter of intent from a prospective customer.

Proof of Concept

Then we develop a prototype of the validated concept. We have a rapid prototyping engine capable of producing hardware and software prototypes at extremely low prices that we can provide quotes for before you proceed. Our intention is to provide a vehicle capable of rapid prototyping any product or service for under $50,000 NZD + GST to align with the criteria of Angel and Pre-Seed investors.

Closed Alpha & Beta Testing

We will assemble a team of Alpha & Beta Testers in a closed Sandbox environment to test, iterate and debug the prototype until at least one tester is willing to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to pay for a production ready version of the prototype. This artefact is typically viewed as evidence of product market fit. It is important to note that this is not the equivalent of traction in market which some investors list as required criteria for investing. This is because the production ready version of the prototype will typically require significant further investment to be fit for commercialisation.

3-12 months

We complete a feasibility study, build the production ready version of the prototype and establish the operating model with required expertise, skills and resources in support. We will help you raise capital if required.

Open Alpha & Beta Testing

We will roll out the production ready version of the MVP to the closed Alpha & Beta Testers who have signed MOUs. We will iterate and debug until at least one tester makes a live purchase. The invoice for this sale is the artefact that provides evidence of traction in market which on paper will satisfy the criteria of a series A funding round, but may require further additional
