About Me

My uniqueness is in my ability to see 100 years into the future as well as a linear path to get there. Working backwards I can work with boards and executive leadership teams to clearly define what true north is for them and establish a cirtial path that provides for autonomy while keeping everyone aligned to true north. The early part of my career was spent establising, scaling up or turning around new business units within large organisations. It was here I experimented with autonomous teams and adaptive sustems. It wasn’t until later in my career working with Funds, Investors and Venture Capitalists that I moved into utilsing regenerative design for creating bespoke wealth generating vehicles targeted towards solving issues related to providing adequate liquidity to metabolise opportunities proven to be capable of meeting an unmet need. 

The issue I observed was a signifficant gap between the investment community understanding of the marke taddressible by emergent innovation and the reality that a lot of emergent innovation occurs by accident and can quite often be far more lucrative than the mission the founder or inventor is obsessed with.
